Menopause Action Plans: Have you got yours?

From April 2026, UK employers with 250+ employees will be encouraged to publish voluntary Menopause Action Plans alongside their gender pay gap reports.

Under the Employment Rights Act 2025, this is expected to become mandatory by Spring 2027.

This is a big step forward in recognising how menopause can affect employees’ wellbeing, retention, and career progression at work.

It’s a business issue that is already impacting your bottom line.

Menopause Action Plan

A Menopause Action Plan could include:

✨Workplace adjustments e.g flexible working

✨Access to occupational health or wellbeing support

✨Internal awareness and support networks

✨Menopause training for everyone
